Two Cutting Grids and Cutting Tables are supplied with the MC2F Manual Cutter; a loaf cutting grid and table and a bar cutting grid and table; both custom made and designed.

Extra cutting frames are available for Hotel size bars, multiple bar sizes and private label customers.
The Professional
Manual Cutter cuts Cold Processed and Hot
Processed soap with ease.
This cutter is not
for cutting melt and pour or glycerin soap.

Protected with a
tough, baked on powder coat, enamel finish.
The SM2F is 18” (46cm) high. The best placement is at knee height for easy use of body weight.
Light enough to move but heavy enough to stay put when working with it. 65 lbs (29Kg). total weight.
Can be shipped UPS.
Plenty of extra wire is supplied with the cutter.
Rubber caps on tension bolts, protect fingers from sharp wire ends.
Linear Bearings for super smooth action.
Each frame has a Thumb Lever Stop, to hold the frame at the top.
One year parts and labor warranty but built to last a lifetime.
Cutting Frames have removable tension bolt bars. So if you decide to permanently change you bar or loaf size, it is easy to do.
Note:
We recommend staying within a 35 to 40 lb (16 to 18 kilo) block range. This range provides the most efficient weight to mobility ratio. It is easy to cut and works within the parameters of our Custom Soap Molds.
